Do I need to be present during the cleaning appointment?
It is entirely based on your preference. You can choose to be present, and we will work around each other, or you can provide us with the garage code, key, etc.
Can I customize or request specific cleaning tasks?
Absolutely! We warmly welcome your requests and feedback at any time. Our main goal is to ensure you get the cleaning experience you desire and deserve.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cleaning appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Your support in this matter keeps our business running smoothly.
How long does a typical cleaning
session take?
The duration of the cleaning job varies depending on its complexity. Typically, with two cleaners, it takes around 2-4 hours, while with one cleaner, it may take 3-6 hours. Occasionally, the cleaning process might take longer. We always aim to be thoughtful and thorough in our work, but we are also considerate of any time constraints you may have.

How do I make payments for the cleaning services?
We offer multiple payment options, including emailed invoices through QuickBooks, Venmo, checks, cash, or on-site card reader payments.
